KBGO brings serious impacts, particularly on the psychological condition of its victims. In this context, P2TPAKK Rekso Dyah Utami Yogyakarta serves as an integrated service institution providing individual counseling to support victims‘ recovery. This study aims to describe the process of individual counseling offered to women victims of KBGO at P2TPAKK Rekso Dyah Utami Yogyakarta. The research employs a qualitative descriptive approach with data collected through interviews with three counselors handling KBGO cases, selected through purposive sampling. Data analysis was conducted through data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing, along with source triangulation for data validity. The findings indicate that the individual counseling process consists of three stages. The initial stage emphasizes building an empathetic and safe relationship. The middle stage focuses on exploring the problems, processing traumatic experiences, and strengthening self-capacity. The final stage involves reflection, empowerment reinforcement, and preparing victims to resume their social roles independently. Individual counseling is proven to help victims stabilize emotions, regain self-control, and enhance psychological empowerment. %Z Ferra Puspito Sari, M.Pd.
