This is because Fiqh material includes aspects of worship and muamalah that are close to real life and contemporary issues. Through this learning, students are trained to be able to build understanding through their own experiences so that they can find solutions to problems given by teachers so that they can form the independence of the students themselves. This study aims to analyze and identify the implementation, supporting and inhibiting factors of Fiqh teachers, as well as the implications of the constructivism learning approach based on Problem Based Learning in shaping students' critical thinking and creative thinking skills at MAN 2 Sleman. In this study, the approach used is qualitative-descriptive with the type of case study research. Data collection was carried out through observation, interviews, questionnaires, and documentation. The primary source in this study is WKM in the field of the MAN 2 Sleman curriculum, fiqh teachers in grades X, XI, XII, representative students of classes X, XI, XII. The secondary data sources in this study are books, journal articles, school biographical documents, lesson plans and so on. The researcher conducts data analysis with three stages, namely data condensation, data presentation, and drawing conclusions or verification. Test the validity of the data through triangulation of techniques, sources, and time. The results of this study show that: (1) the implementation of the constructivism learning approach based on Problem Based Learning by Fiqh teachers at MAN 2 Sleman runs systematically and according to the characteristics of the model. Teachers begin learning by presenting real problems that are relevant to students' lives, then guide students to discuss, seek information, formulate solutions, present results, and reflect together. (2) Supporting factors of facilities and infrastructure, teacher creativity, rewarding, training in developing teacher competence. The inhibiting factors are different student understandings, there are still group members who have not contributed well, time constraints (3) The implications of learning in shaping students' critical and creative thinking skills are good, students are able to think deeply and find interesting ideas, but there are still students who are not confident and slow to respond. Based on the critical thinking questionnaire, respondents from grade 12 had higher critical thinking skills than respondents from grades 10 and 11.
