However, in many educational institutions, the gap between strategic planning documents and implementation on the ground is still a common problem. SMA Trensains Tebuireng Jombang, as a school that implements the integration of the Qur'an and science, faces its own challenges in the form of dual competency demands for teachers, namely mastery of religious materials as well as abilities in modern science. Despite this, the school was able to show positive achievements: the performance of teachers was at a high level, which had a direct impact on the quality of the graduates produced. This study aims to analyze the implementation of school strategic planning in improving teacher performance at SMA Trensains Tebuireng Jombang. A qualitative approach with a type of analytical descriptive research is used in this study. The research was carried out at SMA Trensains Tebuireng Jombang for 7 months with research subjects selected by purposive sampling including the principal, vice principal, three teachers, and two students. Data collection techniques with participatory observation, semi-structured interviews, and documentation. Data validity tests are carried out through source triangulation and method triangulation to ensure the credibility of the research. Data analysis techniques use the Miles, Huberman, and Salda{\~n}a models which include data condensation, data presentation, and conclusion drawing and verification. The results of the study show that strategic planning at SMA Trensains Tebuireng Jombang is carried out systematically by combining top-down and bottom-up approaches. The school's vision, mission, and goals are translated into policies, training programs, learning tool standards, as well as evaluation mechanisms for teacher performance improvement. SWOT analysis is used to tailor strategies to the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats of the institution. The implementation of strategic planning includes developing teacher competencies through continuous training, providing intrinsic and extrinsic motivation, optimizing resource allocation, formative and summative evaluation, and strengthening a positive school culture. This strategy succeeds in improving teachers' competence in pedagogic, professional, social, and personality aspects, including teacher performance, namely: the ability to design learning, carry out interactive learning processes, assess students, strengthen interpersonal relationships, and run enrichment and remedial programs. Overall, the implementation of targeted and sustainable strategic planning has proven to be effective in improving teacher performance in schools.} }
