This research aims to: 1) produce a product in the form of a companion textbook based on reflective journals integrated with Islamic values to stimulate the interoceptive awareness of students in grade V SD/MI; 2) analyze the feasibility of companion textbooks based on reflective journals integrated with Islamic values to stimulate the intero-receptive awareness of grade V students of SD/MI based on expert validation and teacher assessment; and 3) analyze the effectiveness of textbooks to accompany puberty materials based on reflective journals integrated with Islamic values in stimulating the interoceptive awareness of grade V students of SD/MI. The research uses the Research and Development (R&D) method with the ADDIE model which consists of five stages; Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation and Evaluation. This model was chosen because it provides a systematic and flexible product development flow. Data were collected using interviews, observations, documentation, product validation and assessment sheets, and intero-receptive awareness questionnaires. Qualitative descriptive analysis was used to process data from interviews, observations, documentation studies as well as expert notes and comments. Quantitative descriptive analysis was used to analyze the data of expert validation results and teacher assessments of the developed products, as well as test the effectiveness of the product through a paired sample t-test assisted by SPSS 31.0.. The results of the study show; 1) the companion textbook based on reflective journals integrated with Islamic values has been successfully developed through the ADDIE process and meets four standards in the preparation of companion textbooks including material standards, presentation, design and graphics, 2) based on expert and teacher validation showing that the product is considered feasible, and 3) the product is tested to be effective in stimulating students' interoreceptive awareness with the results of the effectiveness test using a paired sample t-test showing a two-way significance value 0.025 < 0.05. The interopreceptive awareness aspects of trusting and noticing obtained the highest scores, indicating an increase in students' ability to receive, recognize and trust body signals. The not-distracting and attention regulation aspects are still low, indicating that students' ability to maintain attention and not avoid bodily sensations still needs to be improved.
