"Technological advancements and flexible work practices have accelerated\r\nremote work adoption, especially among the millennial generation, who are known\r\nas digital-native and prioritize work-life balance. This study aims to explore the\r\ndynamics of work-life balance among millennial employees who work remotely.\r\nThis research uses a qualitative method with a case study approach. Participants\r\nconsisted of three primary informants and three significant others selected through\r\nthe purposive sampling technique. Data were obtained from semi-structured\r\ninterviews and analyzed using data reduction, data display, and conclusion\r\ndrawing. The results show that work-life balance for the millennials is a dynamic\r\nprocess built by each individual. There is a shift in the meaning of flexibility; it has\r\nmoved from simply having freedom over work location to having full autonomy in\r\nmanaging work rhythm and energy. This study identified three strategies to achieve\r\nthis: (1) structured separation; (2) boundary management focused on fulfilling\r\npersonal needs as the foundation of productivity; (3) dynamic role integration\r\n(work-life trampoline). The success of these strategies is supported by the complex\r\ninteraction between personal autonomy, a flexible remote work system, and a\r\nsupportive family environment.
