        abstract = {This study aims to examine the influence of Islamic financial literacy, spiritual intelligence, self-control, and financial socialization on financial management of generation Z. This study used quantitative methods and data were collected from 118 responden who are generation Z in Berau Regency. Data analysis was conducted with PLS-SEM using SmartPLS 4 software. The result of this study indicate that spiritual intelligence, self-control, and financial socialization have a positive and significant influence on financial management. However, Islamic financial literacy does not have a significant influence on financial management. This finding emphasizes the importance of spiritual intelligence, self-control, and financial socialization in improving financial management skills in generation Z.}
