"The quality of human resources is one of the keys to overcoming various problems\r\nthat exist in organizations or agencies. Based on the results of the DIY\r\nInspectorate's evaluation, the internal performance of the DLHK DIY received a\r\nscore of 12.65 or 84.33%. This figure is considered satisfactory but needs to be\r\nimproved, given the many problems experienced by the DLHK. Based on these\r\nissues, the researcher wanted to determine the extent to which the organizational\r\ncommunication climate through work motivation affects the job satisfaction of\r\nemployees at the DIY Environment and Forestry Agency. The theory used in this\r\nstudy is Organizational Information Theory, with the assumption that\r\n“Organizations are involved in the process of creating messages that are acceptable\r\nand easy to understand in order to achieve organizational goals.” This study uses\r\na correlational quantitative approach with path analysis techniques. The results of\r\nthis study indicate that the variable of organizational communication climate\r\nthrough work motivation on the job satisfaction of DLHK DIY employees has a\r\nsignificant influence with an influence value of 0.776 or 77.6%.
