This condition requires the development of innovative learning materials that are more engaging and contextual. This study aims to identify the design of an Augmented Reality-based module on the anatomy and physiology of the mammalian excretory system as a learning material for senior high school students, as well as to assess its validity and practicality based on evaluations from subject matter experts, media experts, biology teachers, and students.. The research employed the 4D development model (Define, Design, Develop, Disseminate), but was only carried out until the develop stage. The research subjects consisted of 2 material experts, 2 media experts, 2 biology teachers, and a limited trial involving 15 students. The data collection instrument was a validation questionnaire, analyzed using Aiken’s V and Cronbach’s Alpha reliability. The validation results showed that material experts obtained a score of 0.89 with a reliability of 1.040, media experts 0.88 with a reliability of 1.078, and biology teachers 0.94 with a reliability of 1.053. The student trial achieved an average score of 0.63 with a reliability of 0.901. Thus, this module is valid, reliable, feasible, and practical to be used as a supplementary learning material in biology learning at senior high schools. %K Pembelajaran Biologi, Sistem Ekskresi, Bahan Ajar Biologi, Augmented Reality %D 2025 %I UIN SUNAN KALIJAGA YOGYAKARTA %L digilib74644
