"This research is motivated by the phenomenon at Yaa Bunayya Kindergarten\r\nYogyakarta, where students show directed, active, and able to work well together\r\nin every project activity. This condition encourages researchers to examine more\r\ndeeply how the school manages student management in supporting early childhood\r\ncharacter development through the implementation of the Pancasila Student Profile\r\nStrengthening Project (P5) program in the context of the Independent Curriculum.\r\nAs well as the need for appropriate student management to support early childhood\r\ncharacter development.\r\nThe purpose of this study is to examine student management in character development\r\nthrough the Pancasila student profile strengthening project program at\r\nYaa Bunayya Kindergarten, as well as identifying factors that support and hinder\r\nthe implementation of the program. In addition, this study also seeks to assess the\r\neffectiveness of the P5 program in shaping the character of students.\r\nThis study uses a qualitative approach method with a case study design. Data\r\ncollection was carried out through in-depth interviews with teachers and kindergarten\r\nmanagers, observation of ongoing activities, and documentation collection,\r\nthen the data was analyzed with the Miles and Huberman interactive model which\r\nincluded data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawn.\r\nThe findings of the study show that the implementation of student management\r\nin Yaa Bunayya Kindergarten is carried out in a structured manner through the\r\nplanning, organizing, implementation, and evaluation stages of the P5 program.\r\nThe principal plays the role of policy director, the teacher acts as the implementer\r\nof activities as well as the child's character guide, while parents play the role of\r\npartners in assistance at home. The P5 program has proven effective in fostering\r\ncharacter values such as discipline, responsibility, and cooperation through engaging\r\nproject activities and positive habituation in schools. Supporting factors for\r\nimplementation include school support, active parental involvement, and adequate\r\ninfrastructure. The obstacles faced are differences in backgrounds and diverse\r\ncharacteristics of students. This study concludes that strengthening student management\r\nand the involvement and collaboration of all parties is the key to success\r\nin the success of character development through the P5 program at Yaa Bunayya\r\nKindergarten."^^ .
