This condition encourages researchers to examine more deeply how the school manages student management in supporting early childhood character development through the implementation of the Pancasila Student Profile Strengthening Project (P5) program in the context of the Independent Curriculum. As well as the need for appropriate student management to support early childhood character development. The purpose of this study is to examine student management in character development through the Pancasila student profile strengthening project program at Yaa Bunayya Kindergarten, as well as identifying factors that support and hinder the implementation of the program. In addition, this study also seeks to assess the effectiveness of the P5 program in shaping the character of students. This study uses a qualitative approach method with a case study design. Data collection was carried out through in-depth interviews with teachers and kindergarten managers, observation of ongoing activities, and documentation collection, then the data was analyzed with the Miles and Huberman interactive model which included data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawn. The findings of the study show that the implementation of student management in Yaa Bunayya Kindergarten is carried out in a structured manner through the planning, organizing, implementation, and evaluation stages of the P5 program. The principal plays the role of policy director, the teacher acts as the implementer of activities as well as the child's character guide, while parents play the role of partners in assistance at home. The P5 program has proven effective in fostering character values such as discipline, responsibility, and cooperation through engaging project activities and positive habituation in schools. Supporting factors for implementation include school support, active parental involvement, and adequate infrastructure. The obstacles faced are differences in backgrounds and diverse characteristics of students. This study concludes that strengthening student management and the involvement and collaboration of all parties is the key to success in the success of character development through the P5 program at Yaa Bunayya Kindergarten. %K Manajemen Peserta Didik, Pengembangan Karakter, Program P5 %D 2025 %I UIN SUNAN KALIJAGA YOGYAKARTA %L digilib74650
