This study aims to: determine the relationship and integration between the meaning of the verses of the Qur'an and scientific knowledge and its relation to science, especially in the material of classification of living things at grade VII SMP / MTs, develop an integrated islam- science module of living things classification material for grade VII SMP / MTs, and determine the quality of integrated islam-science module of living things classification material for grade VII SMP / MTs based on the assessment of material experts, media experts, peer reviewers, science teachers, and student responses. This research is a development research (R&D) that applies the 4D model (define, design, develop, and disseminate), but is limited to the develop stage only. Instrumen yang digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data berupa lembar wawancara dan observasi. Instrumen penilaian yang digunakan berupa angket validasi ahli materi, ahli media, peer reviewer, guru IPA dan angket respon peserta didik terhadap produk. The module was then validated by 1 material expert, 1 media expert, and 3 peer reviewers. and 3 science teachers. After that, a limited trial was conducted on 10 students on the product. The data obtained were analyzed using descriptive techniques, both qualitatively and quantitatively so that conclusions were obtained regarding the quality of the module. The results of this study include products in the form of integrated Islamic-science modules on the material of classification of living things for class VII SMP / MTs; integrated Islamic-science modules on the material of classification of living things for class VII SMP / MTs developed have very good quality with an ideal percentage of 89.7% from material experts, 95% from media experts, 91.6% from peer reviewers, and 87.6% from science teachers, student responses obtained an ideal percentage of 100% or very good.
