"Murabahah\r\nfinancing disputes have become cases that always arise in the\r\nReligious Court, this dispute is related to the inability of customers to fulfill\r\npayment obligations, claims that the agreement made is unfair, or the existence of\r\nterms of the agreement by the party that are considered detrimental to customers.\r\nIn the decision of the District Court, it can be seen in Decision No. 26 / PDT.G /\r\n2015 / PN.Jkt.Sel which will be the focus of the problem.\r\nThis study uses a normative legal approach, the source of this research\r\nused in this study is jurisprudence. The method used in the study is library research\r\nwith an approach to primary legal materials and secondary legal materials.\r\nThe results\r\nof this study are in the Decision of the District Court Number\r\n26 / PDT.G / 2015 / PN.Jkt.Sel with the Murabahah dispute regulated in Article 55\r\nof Law Number 21 of 200 8 concerning Sharia Banking including the Murabahah\r\ncontract resolved by the Religious Court. The Religious Court's decision must be\r\nresolved in the Religious Court and cannot be resolved in the District Court if there\r\nare no valid legal facts.
