Financial literacy can be an important foundation in determining the future because it can help someone manage long-term investments. Corporate image is considered a valuable asset for a company because it plays a significant role in influencing the perceptions of prospective applicants, while religiosity helps individuals understand the sharia system in Islamic banking. This study used a purposive sampling method with 167 respondents from all study programs of the Faculty of Islamic Economics and Business, UIN Sunan Kalijaga. Primary data were analyzed using the Smart-PLS tool with descriptive analysis techniques, outer model testing, and inner model testing. The results show that financial literacy and corporate image have a positive and significant effect on student interest in a career in Islamic banking. While religiosity can strengthen the relationship between financial literacy and career interest but weaken the relationship between corporate image and career interest. These findings can be a reference for students and educational institutions in understanding the factors that influence career choices in the Islamic banking industry.
