%X This study aims to analyze the influence of MSME business income, productive zakat fund distribution, and MSME empowerment on the welfare of MSME actors. Furthermore, it examines education level as a moderating variable for the influence of MSME business income, productive zakat fund distribution, and MSME empowerment on the welfare of MSME actors at BAZNAS DIY. This research utilizes a mixed-methods approach, employing the quantitative method first by distributing questionnaires to 50 mustahik (zakat recipients) who received productive zakat funds from BAZNAS DIY in 2023-2025. This was followed by a qualitative method using in-depth interviews. Quantitative data analysis was conducted using the Partial Least Squares-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) technique with SmartPLS 4 software.The results indicate that MSME business income, productive zakat fund distribution, and MSME empowerment have no significant effect on the welfare of MSME actors. The education level was also found to be unable to strengthen or weaken the influence of MSME business income, productive zakat fund distribution, and MSME empowerment on the welfare of MSME actors.
