The preacher must have a high fighting spirit to convey preaching messages in the community. Internet media can have a positive impact on society when used wisely. However, on the other hand, internet media can have a negative impact on society if its use is not controlled. Especially for teenagers who are not yet mature in terms of age, and are not yet wise in using media, it is very easy for them to be influenced by internet media from a negative aspect. The case of teenagers in Matondang village, which is the focus of this research, strengthens the analysis that they need parental supervision in using internet media. This research using data collection techniques through interviews, observation and documentation, found negative impacts for teenagers who were not wise in using the media. The teenagers in Matondang village before the advent of the internet were classified as religious, diligently reciting the Koran (learning to read the Qur'an) until maghrib. However, along with the presence of internet media in this village, some teenagers have become slaves to internet media. They are lazy about reciting the Koran, so there are teenagers who are illiterate in the Koran. Strengthening da'wah needs to be done to prevent the negative impact of internet media. Good supervision from parents, religious leaders and community leaders will make teenagers wise in using media.
