Good corporate governance is proxied by board of directors and audit committee. This is a quantitative study using secondary data with purposive sampling and a sample of 100 observations processed using stata. The results of this study reveal that good corporate governance has no effect on company value. Meanwhile, capital structure has a positive effect on company value.
