"Economic growth is one of the key indicators used to evaluate the performance\r\nof regional development. This study aims to analyze the effects of labor, investment,\r\ninflation, and exports on economic growth in Indonesia by employing panel data from\r\n32 provinces over the period 2001–2024. The research adopts a quantitative approach\r\nusing the Estimated Generalized Least Squares (EGLS) panel regression model with\r\ncross-section weights to address interprovincial correlation and produce more\r\nreliable estimations. The results indicate that labor has not been able to significantly\r\nenhance economic growth in Indonesian regions, primarily due to the low quality of\r\nhuman resources. In contrast, investment shows a positive and significant effect on\r\neconomic growth, implying that higher investment realization contributes to\r\nincreased regional output. Inflation is found to have a negative and significant impact,\r\nsuggesting that uncontrolled price increases reduce purchasing power and hinder\r\neconomic activity. Meanwhile, exports have a positive and significant influence on\r\neconomic growth, indicating that increased export activities strengthen regional\r\nincome and support the expansion of domestic production. Overall, the findings\r\nhighlight that a productive investment climate, price stability, and the enhancement\r\nof international trade activities are crucial factors in promoting regional economic\r\ngrowth in Indonesia. The results of this study are expected to provide a policy\r\nreference for both central and regional governments in formulating more effective\r\nand sustainable economic development strategies."^^ .
