"Financial literacy is a highly urgent competency that needs to be taught from an early\r\nage, as children must understand how to manage money and make simple economic\r\ndecisions in daily life. This urgency has been recognized by the Ministry of Education\r\nand Culture (Kemendikbud) and the Financial Services Authority (OJK), but learning\r\nmedia specifically facilitating the teaching of financial literacy within Social Studies\r\n(IPS) instruction is still limited. Therefore, this research aims to develop and determine\r\nthe feasibility of the mobile-based SUPERFINE application as a financial literacy\r\nlearning medium for economic material in 4th-grade Social Studies in elementary\r\nschools.\r\nThe research method used is Research and Development (R&D) with the 4D model, which\r\nincludes the phases of define, design, develop, and disseminate. The research population\r\ncomprised all 4th-grade students at Deresan’s State Primary School, specifically IV A\r\nClass (26 students) and IV B Class (28 students). The sample was selected using\r\nClusterRandom Sampling through a simple lottery, resulting in Class IV B as The Trial\r\nSubject. The research instruments included questionnaires for validation by material\r\nexperts, IT media experts, and financial literacy experts, a peer reviewer response\r\nquestionnaire, and a student response questionnaire regarding the product. The data\r\nanalysis technique for the validation stage used the Aiken’s V index and simple\r\npercentage calculations.\r\nThe research findings indicate that the SUPERFINE application is declared feasible\r\nbased on the experts' assessments. The material expert obtained an Aiken’s V index of\r\n0.98, the IT media expert obtained 0.94, and the financial literacy expert obtained 1.00.\r\nAll the validator showed that the developed application falls into the “Very Good”\r\ncategory. The results of the acceptability test by students showed a response percentage\r\nof 95.10, which is categorized as “Very Positive.” Consequently, the SUPERFINE\r\napplication is deemed feasible and useable as a financial literacy learning tool in the\r\nSocial Studies subject for 4th-grade elementary school and Madrasah Ibtidaiyah\r\nstudents."^^ .
