This is due to uneven distribution of teachers' digital literacy skills and technical network constraints. These conditions impact the school's targeted improvement in learning quality. This study aims to evaluate the implementation of the digital classroom program in improving learning quality, and to identify the program's strengths and weaknesses at SMP Muhammadiyah 3 Depok, Sleman. This study used a qualitative approach, collecting data through observation, interviews, and documentation. The research subjects consisted of the principal, program head, teachers, and students. Data analysis techniques used data condensation, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. Data validity was tested using source and technique triangulation. The study focused on the aspects of Context, Input, Process, Product, and Outcome as evaluation materials for the implementation of the digital classroom program at the school. The research results of the digital classroom program at SMP Muhammadiyah 3 Depok Sleman in the Context and Input aspects have clear objectives and adequate facilities, but teachers' digital literacy skills are not evenly distributed. In the process aspect, learning with LMS SIDIGS and student learning interest, however, the learning process has not run optimally due to technical problems with the application and a lack of student focus. This condition makes digital classroom management less effective. In the product aspect, the majority of students showed increased motivation and understanding of the material. In the outcome aspect, the program contributed to improving long-term school quality, student readiness to face the modern world, and the realization of adaptive and innovative schools. The evaluation results in improving the quality of learning showed successful achievements but not optimal.
