This is due to limited time and an unbalanced ratio between teachers and students. These conditions will affect the achievement of the targets set by the madrasah. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the implementation of the Tahfidz Al-Qur'an program in Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Darul Qur'an Wal Irsyad Gunungkidul using the Countenance Stake evaluation model. This evaluation model is considered suitable for evaluating the tahfidz program because it is able to provide in-depth and detailed program implementation information. The focus of the evaluation includes three main components, namely antecedent, transaction, and outcomes. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. The research subjects consisted of madrasah heads, tahfidz program coordinators, tahfidz teachers, and representatives of students in grades IV, V, and VI. The data analysis technique in this study uses data condensation, data presentation, and conclusion drawn. This study uses triangulation of sources and techniques. The results of the study show that the tahfidz program in the input aspect (antecedent) has a clear goal, adequate infrastructure support, and competent teachers. However, there are still obstacles in the ratio of teachers to students, which ideally one teacher supports 10 students, but in reality one teacher supports 15 to 17 students. In the transaction aspect, tahfidz learning is carried out in two sessions every day with a target of memorization of three juz per year. The target has not been achieved optimally due to time constraints due to the implementation of the full-day school system. This condition makes the tahfidz program time must be divided with formal learning following the curriculum of the Ministry of Religion and the Ministry of National Education. In the outcome aspect, the majority of students achieved the set memorization target and showed an improvement in reading quality and discipline. However, some students have not met the optimal target, which is one year and 3 juz. Supporting factors for the tahfidz program at MI Darul Qur'an include: environmental factors of the Islamic boarding school, easy methods, support from parents/guardians, programs that support tahfidz activities (simaan Al-Qur?an). Meanwhile, the inhibiting factors of the tahfidz program include: teachers who change frequently, limited time duration, diverse children's abilities, and the ratio between teachers and students that is not optimal. These findings show that the tahfidz program is running effectively, but improvements are needed in the timing and addition of educators to improve the quality and achievement of memorization.} }
