The pondok pesantren, as an Islamic educational institution that plays a vital role in producing character-driven generations, requires better efficiency in administrative management, especially concerning administrative services for students (santri) and their guardians (wali santri). Financial Technology (fintech) emerges to address this need through innovative digital technology-based services. The purpose of this study is to determine the implementation of fintech in educational administrative management and to analyze its role in improving the administrative services of Pondok Pesantren Mambaul Huda Kaliabu Salaman, Magelang. This research employs a qualitative method with a case study approach, utilizing data collection techniques such as interviews, observation, and documentation. The data obtained are analyzed using a descriptive-analytical method, through the stages of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. This study offers novelty as it examines the implementation of Financial Technology not merely as a transaction tool, but as a strategy for enhancing educational administrative services, with a deeper focus on the context of pesantren administrative services. The research findings indicate that the implementation of Financial Technology at Pondok Pesantren Mamba’ul Huda has facilitated the administrative payment process, increased the transparency of financial reports, and accelerated services for students (santri) and their guardians (wali santri). Furthermore, the success factor in implementing fintech technology at Pondok Pesantren Mamba’ul Huda Kaliabu is highly dependent on the readiness and quality of the management's human resources (HR), who are capable of skillfully operating the digital system, maintaining smooth transaction flows, and ensuring that administration runs tidily and transparently. The management staff not only mastered the technical aspects but also played a strategic role in socializing the changes to the guardians, providing guidance, and building trust so that the new system was accepted without resistance.
