These conditions cause students to be less active and less confident in expressing their opinions. This study aims to improve the critical thinking and communication skills of fifth-grade elementary school/MI students, as well as to test the feasibility and effectiveness of these media. The method used is Research and Development (R&D) with the ADDIE model (Analyze, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation). The subjects of this trial involved two classroom teachers and 19 fifth-grade students in elementary SDIT Salsabila 3 Banguntapan. Data were obtained through observation of student activity, interviews, expert validation questionnaires, student teacher and response questionnaires, and pretest and posttest tests. Quantitative data analysis was performed using the Shapiro-Wilk normality test and paired sample t-test with the help of JASP software version 0.95.3.0. The results of this study indicate that animated video products integrated with Islamic values are deemed appropriate based on the assessments of each expert: media experts (81.8%), subject matter experts (97.7%), and language experts (91.6%). Meanwhile, the response rate from teachers was 100%, and the response rate from students to the media was 81.6%. The results of the paired sample t-test show a significant increase in critical thinking and communication skills after using the media.
