"This study aims to develop audio-visual and three-dimensional (3D) teaching\r\nmedia integrated with a Mindfulness approach for Civics and Pancasila Education\r\n(PPKn) subjects as a form of learning intervention for third-grade elementary school\r\nstudents who experience difficulties in Fokusing on learning. The background of this\r\nresearch stems from the problem of low concentration and student engagement in\r\nPPKn learning, which is still dominated by conventional methods and lacks the use of\r\ninteractive technology. In fact, the implementation of a Mindfulness approach has been\r\nempirically proven to improve Fokus, emotional regulation, and self-awareness among\r\nstudents. Therefore, the innovation of teaching media that integrates technology and\r\nMindfulness aspects becomes urgent in the context of inclusive and adaptive 21stcentury\r\nlearning that meets students'needs.\r\nThis research uses the Research and Development (R&D) method by adapting\r\nthe ADDIE development model, which includes the stages of analysis, design,\r\ndevelopment, implementation, and evaluation. The research subjects consist of\r\nteachers and grade III inclusive students at an elementary school. Data were collected\r\nthrough observation, interviews, questionnaires, as well as validation by media\r\nexperts, material experts, and Mindfulness experts. Data analysis was conducted\r\ndescriptively both qualitatively and quantitatively to assess the feasibility, practicality,\r\nand effectiveness of the developed teaching media.\r\nThe research results indicate that audio-visual and 3D-based teaching media\r\nintegrated with Mindfulness are considered highly feasible for use based on expert\r\nvalidation with high average scores in aspects of appearance, material suitability, and\r\nintegration of Mindfulness values. Limited trials and practicality tests show that this\r\nmedia is effective in enhancing Fokus, learning engagement, and understanding of\r\nPPKn values concepts, such as discipline, responsibility, and adherence to rules.\r\nSimple Mindfulness exercises embedded in the media, such as mindful breathing and\r\nself-reflection, have been proven to help students manage attention and emotions\r\nduring the learning process.\r\nThus, the development of audio visual and 3D-based teaching media with a\r\nMindfulness approach not only functions as a technological innovation in learning but\r\nalso as a pedagogical strategy aimed at improving learning quality, character\r\nbuilding, and the psychological well-being of students.
