"Learning BTQ for students with hearing and speech impairments requires\r\nspecially designed, adaptive facilities, infrastructure, and learning environments\r\nthat support visual communication. However, in many special schools, the\r\nmanagement of facilities and infrastructure has not fully aligned with pedagogical\r\nrequirements, affecting learning outcomes. This study aims to analyze the quality\r\nof facilities and infrastructure management in BTQ learning outcomes for\r\nstudents with hearing and speech impairments at SLB Islam Qothrunnada, Bantul.\r\nThe study focuses on six management functions based on Mulyasa’s educational\r\nmanagement theory: planning, procurement, inventory, utilization, maintenance,\r\nand evaluation, and their relationship to learning effectiveness.\r\nThis research employs a qualitative method with an evaluative study\r\napproach. The subjects include the school principal, head of facilities and\r\ninfrastructure, Islamic Education teachers, and students’ guardians. Data were\r\ncollected through interviews, observations, and documentation, and analyzed\r\nusing the Miles and Huberman model, including data reduction, data\r\npresentation, and drawing conclusions.\r\nThe findings indicate that the management of BTQ facilities and\r\ninfrastructure at SLB Islam Qothrunnada has been effectively and sustainably\r\nimplemented across six main aspects: planning, procurement, inventory,\r\nutilization, maintenance, and evaluation. Planning is systematic, participatory,\r\nand student-centered. Procurement is flexible, involving teachers, treasurers,\r\nfoundations, and parents. Inventory is well-organized and documented both\r\nmanually and digitally. Utilization of facilities and infrastructure is optimized\r\naccording to students’ characteristics. Maintenance is conducted routinely and\r\nparticipatively. Evaluation is performed regularly to measure learning\r\neffectiveness and facility conditions. All processes align with Mulyasa’s\r\neducational management principles: systematic, participatory, efficient, and\r\nquality-oriented. High-quality management of facilities and infrastructure\r\nsignificantly contributes to improving students’ abilities in reading, writing,\r\nrecitation, and comprehension of the Qur’an."^^ .
