"Prophetic leadership is seen as relevant and able to answer the crisis of\r\ncommitment, credibility, and responsibility that is currently a problem in educational\r\nleadership practice. This study aims to describe the planning, implementation,\r\norganization in prophetic leadership management and analyze the contribution of\r\nprophetic leadership management in improving the professionalism of teachers at SDIT\r\nAssalaam Sanden.\r\nThe research method used is qualitative through observation, interviews, and\r\ndocument review to examine aspects of planning, implementing, and organizing\r\nprophetic leadership and its contribution to teacher professional improvement. In the\r\ndata analysis process, referring to the Miles, Huberman, and Saldana model, it includes\r\nthree aspects, namely data condensation, presenting data, and drawing conclusions or\r\nverification, while the validity of findings is strengthened through the extension of\r\nobservation and the use of sources, methods, and time triangulation techniques.\r\nThe results of the study show that first, prophetic leadership planning at SDIT\r\nAssalaam is structured in a directional manner through the integration of ṣidīq, amanah,\r\ntablīgh, and fathanah values into the formulation of school vision, programs, and\r\nstrategies. Second, the implementation of prophetic leadership is reflected in scheduled\r\ncoaching activities, the implementation of academic supervision, and an open\r\ncommunication pattern so as to encourage active participation from teachers. Third,\r\norganization in prophetic leadership is built through a balanced distribution of tasks as\r\nwell as intersectoral coordination, which results in an effective work system with a\r\nstrong Islamic character. Fourth, the contribution of prophetic leadership management\r\nin improving teacher professionalism is characterized by improving teachers'\r\npedagogical, professional, personality, and social competencies through various\r\ncontinuous development programs, such as seminars, supervision, and learning\r\ncommunities. Thus, prophetic leadership is a strategic element in forming educators\r\nwho are adaptive, competent, and responsive to the dynamics of contemporary\r\neducation."^^ . "2025-12-16" . . . .
