"This research was conducted at Pondok Pesantren (Islamic Boarding\r\nSchool) An-Nur Tangkit Jambi to analyze the strategies employed by the\r\npesantren leader in improving the quality of educational services through\r\nenhancing teachers’ performance. The study used a qualitative approach with\r\ninterviews, observation, and documentation methods. The data obtained were\r\nanalyzed descriptively through the stages of data reduction, data presentation,\r\nand conclusion drawing.\r\nFirstly, the results of the study indicate that the concept of improving the\r\nquality of educational services is built with a focus on the satisfaction of\r\neducation customers, namely students as the main service recipients and\r\nparents as partners of the institution. This is reflected in systematic curriculum\r\nplanning oriented towards the needs of students, leadership based on respect\r\nfor each individual, fact-based management through participatory planning,\r\nand the implementation of continuous improvement through stakeholder\r\ninvolvement. Secondly, the process of improving teachers’ performance is\r\ncarried out through the continuous development of teacher skills, including\r\nthrough participation in internal and external training activities. In addition,\r\npesantren leader foster teacher motivation through regular coaching, weekly\r\nreflective discussions, and the creation of an environment that supports teacher\r\nperformance. Thirdly, the results of teachers’ performance improvement on the\r\nquality of educational services have had a significant and tangible impact on\r\nstudents and their guardians. Teachers’ performance improvement is reflected\r\nin increasingly professional work quality, increased work quantity, more\r\neffective use of working time, and stronger cooperation among teachers."^^ .
