The main objective of BCTP is to reduce the maximum time required to deliver all supplies to their destinations. In the BCTP problem, the time required to transport goods from the source to the destination will be minimized under certain conditions related to availability at the source and demand at the destination. This study aims to discuss the Ghadle Munot Freezing (GMF) method and the Ahmed Huzor (AH) method as new methods that directly obtain optimal solutions without requiring initial solutions. In this final project, the researcher applied the Ghadle Munot Freezing (GMF) method and the Ahmed Huzor (AH) method to the problem of rambutan fruit distribution at Tuan M's plantation. The results of this study indicate that the Ahmed Huzor (AH) method has better results than the Ghadle Munot Freezing method in minimizing time and costs in the distribution of rambutan fruit at Tuan M Plantation.} }
