        abstract = {The Access By KAI application serves as the primary digital platform for
railway ticket services in Indonesia, requiring a high level of usability to meet user
expectations, particularly among Generation Z as digital natives. This study aims
to evaluate the usability level of the Access By KAI application using the System
Usability Scale (SUS) based on Generation Z users? perceptions. A quantitative
approach was applied by distributing the SUS questionnaire to 200 respondents.
Data analysis included construct validity testing using the Kaiser-Meyer-Olkin
(KMO) and Bartlett?s Test of Sphericity, reliability testing using Cronbach?s Alpha,
and SUS score calculation. The results indicate that all SUS items are valid and
reliable. The overall SUS score places the application within the acceptable
usability category, although improvements are still required, particularly in
learnability and efficiency aspects. These findings are expected to provide practical
insights and recommendations for improving the usability of the Access By KAI
application to better align with Generation Z user needs.}
