%X This study aims to examine the effect of Good Corporate Governance, leverage, sustainability reporting, and firm size on firm value of manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the period 2022–2024. Firm value is measured using Price to Book Value (PBV). Panel data regression with a Fixed Effect Model is applied to 42 companies with 126 observations. The results indicate that Good Corporate Governance has no significant effect on firm value. Leverage and firm size have a negative and significant effect, while sustainability reporting has a positive and significant effect. The model demonstrates strong explanatory power.
