Using a descriptive qualitative field study approach, data were collected through intervews and observations, then analyzed using data reduction assisted by NVivo word frequency and minp map features, data presentation, and conclusing drawing. The findings show that career maturity develops through the dynamic interaction of career planning, career exploration, world of work information, and career decision making. Each aspect is influenced by dominant factors: career planning by individual and environmental factors, career exploration by individual and environmental factors, world of work information by family, environmental, and individual factors, and career decision making by individual and family factors. Career maturity is shaped by individual factors (interest, self concept, ability, motivation), family factors, and environmental factors (guidance and counseling sevices, school environment, peer environment, and tutoring accsess). The study highlights that collaboraton betweem family, school, and environment forms the foundation for student to achieve realistic and well directed career maturity.
