BLKK Amumarta Yogyakarta serves as a vocational institution that plays a role in developing community competencies through industry-based training programs. This study aims to analyze the human resource development strategies implemented and their outcomes in improving the multimedia skills of training participants. A descriptive qualitative method was employed, with data collected through interviews, observations, and documentation. The findings indicate that human resource development strategies at BLKK Amumarta are carried out through training planning aligned with industry needs, the provision of multimedia practice facilities, the utilization of technology, portfolio mentoring, and continuous evaluation. These strategies have been proven to enhance participants’ technical abilities, creativity, and independence. The success of these strategies is further strengthened by BLKK Amumarta’s achievement of the Best Training Center (First Place) in Indonesia Award from the Ministry of Manpower of the Republic of Indonesia on November 26, 2025. Therefore, the human resource development program at BLKK Amumarta contributes significantly to producing adaptive and professional human resources in the multimedia sector. %Z Muhamad Rashif Hilmi, S.Si., M.Sc.
