Social workers play an important role in the recovery process by providing tailored assistance and interventions to the child’s. This study aims to describe the intervention process of social workers in improving the self-confidence of children who are victims of sexual abuse at the Sleman District Social Services Office. The method used was descriptive qualitative approach, with data collection through in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation. The research subjects were social workers who handled the cases, while the research object was the form of micro intervention provided to child victims. Social workers carry out interventions through several stages: engagement, intake, contract, assessment, planning, intervention, evaluation, and termination. They provide self-empowerment, brief counseling, assistance during legal proceedings, social and moral education, and social assistance as psychosocial support. These interventions improve children's self-confidence, shown by increased willingness to interact, better verbal responses and more confidence in social settings. Social workers face obstacles, such as passive client communication, lack of family involvement, and poor coordination with agencies like the police and psychologists. These issues affect the assistance process and require butter cooperation between agencies. %K Anak Korban Pelecehan Seksual, Intervensi Pekerja Sosial, Sikap Percaya Diri %D 2025 %I UIN SUNAN KALIJAGA YOGYAKARTA %L digilib75035
