However, fostering self-acceptance in patients is not easy and requires several stages. This is because patients feel that they are no longer as healthy as before and are experiencing various changes. Spiritual support is important in order to accelerate the process of self-acceptance in patients. Nur Hidayah Hospital provides Islamic spiritual guidance services aimed at providing spiritual and psychological support to patients. This study aims to identify the stages of self-acceptance in CKD patients undergoing hemodialysis at Nur Hidayah Hospital through Islamic spiritual guidance. This study is a qualitative study with data collection methods in the form of interviews, observations, and documentation. There were 5 subjects in this study, consisting of 3 CKD patients undergoing hemodialysis and 2 Islamic spiritual guidance officers at Nur Hidayah Hospital. The object of this study was the stages of self-acceptance of CKD patients undergoing hemodialysis at Nur Hidayah Hospital. In testing the validity of the data, the researcher used source triangulation techniques by interviewing two families of patients to compare with the data previously obtained. The techniques used in data analysis were data reduction, data display, and drawing conclusions. The results showed that the stages of self-acceptance of CKD patients undergoing hemodialysis consisted of five stages, namely denial, anger, bargaining, depression, and acceptance. However, not all patients experienced all stages, and the time required for each stage varied. Islamic spiritual guidance helped patients accelerate the process of self-acceptance by accompanying them through each stage. %Z Slamet, S.Ag, M.Si.
