A. abstract: This research aims to analyze the Book Lovers' Club (BLC) programs at MAN 3 Bantul and evaluate their impact on students' information literacy skills. The research uses a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection methods through interviews, observations, and documentation. Informants were determined using purposive sampling. The research findings indicate that the researcher found that: First, the Book Lovers' Club Community has four programs, namely, Visits to Information Centers, Compilation of Anthologies and Solo Books, Selection of Literacy Ambassadors, and Literacy Workshops, which the researcher considers can help foster students' literacy skills. This conclusion is supported by an analysis using the 6M Literacy theory, which describes the stages of a program that can improve literacy. The analysis of the Visits to Information Centers program shows the stages of Observing, Creating, Appreciating, Publishing, and Exhibiting. The Compilation of Anthologies and Solo Books program includes the stages of Creating, Publishing, and Exhibiting. The Selection of Literacy Ambassadors program involves the stage of Appreciating, while the Literacy Workshop program encompasses the stages of Observing, Creating, Communicating, Appreciating, Publishing, and Exhibiting. Second, the researcher has explained how the BLC community programs enhance students' literacy skills. Based on the conclusions above, the researcher found that the BLC programs are effective in improving students' literacy skills, supported by student enthusiasm and the provision of facilities and infrastructure by the Ulil Albab Library to support the program's success. date: 2024-08-23 date_type: published pages: 102 institution: UIN SUNAN KALIJAGA YOGYAKARTA department: FAKULTAS ADAB DAN ILMU BUDAYA thesis_type: skripsi thesis_name: other citation: Elvira Rizki Nuristania, NIM.: 19101040036 (2024) ANALISIS PROGRAM BOOK LOVERS’ CLUB DALAM MENINGKATKAN KEMAMPUAN LITERASI INFORMASI DI MAN 3 BANTUL.
