"In light of the observed decline in reading interest and the emergence of fan\r\ncommunities, which have the potential to serve as information distribution\r\nchannels, this study aims to ascertain the level of reading interest among the BTS\r\n(ARMY) Jogja community. A quantitative research method with a descriptive\r\napproach was selected for this study, and data were collected by distributing\r\nquestionnaires to members of the BTS (ARMY) Jogja community. The\r\nquestionnaires consisted of 28 statements derived from six indicators: pleasure of\r\nreading, internal motivation, curiosity, reading material selection, focus and\r\nattention, and frequency of reading. The findings indicate that, based on the\r\nresults of the final grand mean calculation, the level of reading interest among\r\nmembers of the BTS (ARMY) Jogja fan community obtained a score of 3.05,\r\nindicating a positive reading interest level within the range of 2.51 < X ≤ 3.25 on\r\nthe Likert scale, which is considered to be good. Nevertheless, there is potential\r\nfor further development, particularly through the organization of literacy-based\r\nevents designed to enhance the members' reading interest."^^ .
