%X This research discusses library strategies in increasing interest in visiting the Pacitan Regency Library and Archives Service. The aim of this research is to find out what strategies are implemented by the Pacitan District Office to increase interest in visiting and the obstacles faced. The research method used is a qualitative approach with case studies. The subjects of this research are the Head of Service, librarians and users of the Pacitan Regency Library and Archives Service. Data collection techniques in this research used interviews, observation, and documentation. The data analysis carried out was data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the research concluded that the Pacitan Regency Library and Archives Service implemented a collection development strategy, a strategy for organizing reading interest programs, and a library promotion strategy to increase interest in visiting users. Meanwhile, the obstacles faced by the Pacitan Regency Library and Archives Service are lack of interest in reading, lack of community responsibility for public property, inadequate facilities and infrastructure, lack of budget, and lack of workforce.
