Karwadi, M.Ag. abstract: The development of Social and Emotional Learning based learning modules integrated with Tepo Seliro values is relevant for strengthening students' understanding of the concept of religious moderation in Tolerance material. Tolerance material requires cognitive mastery accompanied by social emotional skills so that students are able to interpret religious teachings proportionately and appreciate differences in daily life. Tepo Seliro's values that emphasize tolerance, empathy, and respect for others are in line with SEL's core competencies so that it can become a pedagogical context that makes it easier for students to understand the meaning of moderation more fully. Through the modules developed, learning is designed to help students connect the concept of tolerance with real and cultural experiences, so that conceptual understanding is stronger and more applicable in social interactions in the school environment. This study aims to compile and develop a new learning module in the form of a Harmony Center based on Social and Emotional Learning (SEL) with the integration of Tepo Seliro values to improve the understanding of religious moderation in the Tolerance material of class VIII students at SMP Negeri 1 Depok. The research uses the Research and Development method with the ADDIE development model, which consists of the analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation stages. At the analysis stage, the researcher conducted a curriculum study, analysis of learning needs, and analysis of student characteristics that showed the need for contextual teaching materials that are able to foster social-emotional skills and tolerance values within the framework of religious moderation. The design stage results in the structure of the module, the formulation of learning objectives, the selection of SEL based activities, and the integration of Tepo Seliro values that are relevant to the school culture. At the development stage, the module is validated by three experts (material, language, and media), two instrument validators, one practitioner teacher, and six peer reviewers. The validation results showed that the modules achieved very valid categories: subject matter expert 88%, linguist 93%, and media expert 94%, Feasibility test by practitioner teachers obtained a score of 96%, while feasibility by peer reviewer reached 98%, both of which are in the very feasible category. The implementation stage was carried out through a limited field trial using a onegroup pretest posttest design, involving students in class VIII-E SMP Negeri 1 Depok. Pre test and post test instruments have been validated using Aiken's V with valid and adequate category results to measure the improvement of students' understanding of religious moderation. The results of the study showed an increase in students' understanding after using the module, which was supported by quantitative data (pre post test) and qualitative data (observations, interviews, and responses of teachers and students). Based on the entire process, the Harmony Center module was declared valid, feasible, and effective as a teaching material for PAI in strengthening SEL based religious moderation and local wisdom.
