"Early Childhood Education (PAUD) is a strategic foundation for human\r\nresource development during the golden age, determining a child's holistic\r\ndevelopment. Although the importance of PAUD is increasingly recognized, the quality\r\nof services in Indonesia still faces systemic challenges related to equitable access,\r\nquality standardization, and accountability. Accreditation serves as an external quality\r\nassurance instrument, but its implementation still faces obstacles such as limited\r\nresources, administrative complexity, and gaps in understanding of quality standards.\r\nThis study aims to comprehensively analyze the contribution of PAUD accreditation to\r\nbuilding a core ecosystem of quality education, focusing on three main pillars: learning\r\nquality, teacher professionalism, and institutional governance.\r\nThis research employed a qualitative approach with a case study design in five\r\nearly childhood education (PAUD) institutions in the Special Region of Yogyakarta,\r\nconsisting of kindergartens (TK) and Raudhatul Athfal (RA) with A and B\r\naccreditations. Data were collected through in-depth interviews with principals,\r\nteachers, and education staff, participant observation of the learning process, and\r\nanalysis of institutional documents. Data analysis employed the Miles and Huberman\r\nmodel, with triangulation of sources, methods, and theories to ensure the validity of the\r\nfindings.\r\nThe results indicate that accreditation serves as a transformative catalyst in\r\nbuilding a core ecosystem for quality education. First, accreditation influences\r\nimprovements in learning quality through a paradigm shift from teacher-centered to\r\nchild-centered learning, strengthening a continuous assessment-based planning system,\r\ninnovating learning methods, and developing an authentic assessment system. Second,\r\naccreditation plays a role in promoting teacher professionalism by raising awareness\r\nof professional standards, facilitating continuous competency development, and\r\nfostering a culture of professional reflection through academic supervision and learning\r\ncommunities. Third, accreditation strengthens institutional governance by developing\r\na differentiated organizational structure, a quality-based documentation system, and a\r\ncontinuous self-evaluation mechanism. This research confirms that effective\r\naccreditation requires a holistic, contextual, and sustainable approach to create an\r\ninclusive, responsive, and developmentally optimal early childhood education (ECE)\r\necosystem."^^ .
