The findings indicate that the implementation of the GLAM concept has been carried out in accordance with the policy objectives of integrating galleries, libraries, archives, and museums, although it has not yet reached an optimal level. From the perspective of implementation theory, the standards and objectives of GLAM implementation have been well understood and applied by the implementing organization, as reflected in the division of functions among each GLAM element in forming a sustainable flow of Javanese culture. However, the effectiveness of implementation is still influenced by limitations in resources, including human resources, budget, and technological support. Meanwhile, from the perspective of collaboration theory, GLAM integration demonstrates the presence of initial collaborative practices through internal cooperation among elements and the involvement of external parties, such as educational institutions and internship participants; however, this collaboration has not yet been fully institutionalized within formal structures, shared rules, and sustainable resource sharing. Therefore, this study emphasizes that the success of GLAM implementation at Museum Sonobudoyo Yogyakarta is not solely determined by internal organizational readiness, but also heavily depends on strengthening planned and sustainable cross institutional collaboration to ensure the continuity of cultural and knowledge flows in the digital era. %K GLAM, Museum Sonobudoyo, Galeri, Perpustakaan, Arsip %D 2026 %I UIN SUNAN KALIJAGA YOGYAKARTA %L digilib75264
