The title of the research is ?Islamic Value-Based Leadership Strategies of Madrasah Principals in Improving the Quality of Inclusive Education Services at MAN 2 Sleman.? The background of this research is that there are still challenges in implementing inclusive education, particularly in fulfilling the quality of educational services that are fair, equitable, and responsive to the needs of students with special needs. In the context of madrasahs, the role of the madrasah principal is a strategic factor in managing the diversity of students and integrating Islamic values as a moral and ethical foundation in leadership practices. Therefore, this study aims to describe the Islamic value-based leadership strategies of madrasah principals in improving the quality of inclusive education services at MAN 2 Sleman, identify the factors that contribute to their implementation, and analyze the impact of these leadership strategies. This study uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive analytical research type. Data collection techniques were carried out through in-depth interviews, participatory observation, and documentation. Data analysis was carried out in stages of data condensation, data presentation, and conclusion drawing, while data validity was tested through source and technique triangulation. The results of the study show that the Islamic value-based leadership strategy of the principal at MAN 2 Sleman is realized through the application of the values of justice, compassion, deliberation, and exemplary behavior in policy-making and the management of inclusive education services. Factors contributing to this strategy include the commitment of the madrasah principal, collaboration with teachers and educational staff, stakeholder support, and an inclusive madrasah culture. The resulting impact can be seen in the improved quality of more adaptive educational services, the creation of a learning environment that is friendly to students with and without disabilities, and the growth of empathy, tolerance, and mutual respect in the madrasah environment.} }
