"This research was conducted by Aliyatul Himmah 23204092023, a student of the\r\nIslamic Education Management Master's Program at FITK UIN Sunan Kalijaga\r\nYogyakarta. The title of the research is “Islamic Value-Based Leadership Strategies of\r\nMadrasah Principals in Improving the Quality of Inclusive Education Services at MAN 2\r\nSleman.”\r\nThe background of this research is that there are still challenges in\r\nimplementing inclusive education, particularly in fulfilling the quality of\r\neducational services that are fair, equitable, and responsive to the needs of students\r\nwith special needs. In the context of madrasahs, the role of the madrasah principal\r\nis a strategic factor in managing the diversity of students and integrating Islamic\r\nvalues as a moral and ethical foundation in leadership practices. Therefore, this\r\nstudy aims to describe the Islamic value-based leadership strategies of madrasah\r\nprincipals in improving the quality of inclusive education services at MAN 2\r\nSleman, identify the factors that contribute to their implementation, and analyze the\r\nimpact of these leadership strategies.\r\nThis study uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive analytical research\r\ntype. Data collection techniques were carried out through in-depth interviews,\r\nparticipatory observation, and documentation. Data analysis was carried out in\r\nstages of data condensation, data presentation, and conclusion drawing, while data\r\nvalidity was tested through source and technique triangulation.\r\nThe results of the study show that the Islamic value-based leadership strategy\r\nof the principal at MAN 2 Sleman is realized through the application of the values\r\nof justice, compassion, deliberation, and exemplary behavior in policy-making and\r\nthe management of inclusive education services. Factors contributing to this\r\nstrategy include the commitment of the madrasah principal, collaboration with\r\nteachers and educational staff, stakeholder support, and an inclusive madrasah\r\nculture. The resulting impact can be seen in the improved quality of more adaptive\r\neducational services, the creation of a learning environment that is friendly to\r\nstudents with and without disabilities, and the growth of empathy, tolerance, and\r\nmutual respect in the madrasah environment."^^ .
