"The research employs a descriptive quantitative approach with an\r\nevaluative method. Data were collected through an evaluation using the TAW tool\r\non the homepage, OPAC, institutional repository, e-book and e-journal services,\r\nlocal e-journal, disability access features, and the MAOS Digilib repository, as well\r\nas through questionnaires administered to students with disabilities. The evaluation\r\nwas based on an integrated framework combining the Web Content Accessibility\r\nGuidelines (WCAG) principle perceivable, operable, understandable, and robust\r\nand the Universal Design for Learning (UDL) principles representation, action and\r\nexpression, and engagement supported by documentation analysis. Questionnaire\r\ndata were analysed using descriptive statistical techniques with mean values.\r\nOverall, the findings indicate that the information presentation aspect\r\n(representation), particularly regarding the clarity of meaning of the displayed\r\ninformation, comfort and freedom from distractions in information presentation,\r\nand the ease of presenting information through various media, was perceived as\r\ninclusive by students with disabilities. However, aspects of information\r\npresentation related to audio or visual content delivery, the availability of audioor\r\nvisual-based information alternatives, and the availability of text alternatives for\r\nnon-text content were perceived as not inclusive. In terms of system access and\r\ninteraction (action and expression), aspects related to keyboard accessibility and\r\nflexibility, user freedom and control without time limitations, ease of system\r\noperation and interaction consistency, compatibility of assistive tools with user\r\nneeds, freedom in choosing assistive technologies, and the suitability of interaction\r\nmethods with assistive tools were perceived as inclusive. Nevertheless, system\r\nresponsiveness and continuity of interaction were perceived as not inclusive.\r\nRegarding user engagement in navigation and system feedback (engagement),\r\naspects related to the ease of understanding the navigation structure and flow,\r\nclarity of information, and appropriateness of visual presentation were perceived\r\nas inclusive. In contrast, aspects related to the consistency of navigation structure\r\nand flow, compatibility of information with various assistive technologies,\r\nalignment between content and system responses, and the availability of time and\r\ncontrol for feedback were perceived as not inclusive by students with disabilities.\r\nThis study recommends the provision of alternative information in audio, visual,\r\nand text formats for non-text content, enhancement of system responsiveness to\r\nsupport sustained user interaction, improvement of structural consistency and\r\nnavigation flow, strengthening of compatibility with assistive technologies, and the\r\nprovision of adaptive time control and feedback mechanisms for users with\r\ndisabilities."^^ .
