Kajian ini menggunakan pendekatan historis-kritis untuk mengungkap kontribusi perempuan dalam peristiwa-peristiwa penting yang melatarbelakangi turunnya ayat-ayat Al-Qur’an. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa perempuan tidak hanya berperan sebagai objek dalam narasi sejarah, tetapi juga sebagai subjek aktif yang turut memengaruhi dinamika sosial dan keagamaan pada masa awal Islam. Kehadiran perempuan dalam berbagai peristiwa tersebut memberikan perspektif yang lebih komprehensif terhadap pemahaman konteks turunnya wahyu.
