description: Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) is a form of corporate social responsibility that aims to create a balance between economic, social, and environmental aspects as per the Triple Bottom Line concept. Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) activities have long been practiced in Indonesia. However, in its implementation, there are still many CSR programs that are charitable in nature, whereas ideally CSR is directed at community empowerment efforts. One company that continuously carries out CSR activities is Pertamina Patra Niaga TBBM Rewulu, one of whose programs is Puspaloka (Pusaka Pangan Lokal) in Bendo Hamlet. This study aims to examine the role and impact of Pertamina Patra Niaga TBBM Rewulu's CSR in community empowerment in KWT Subur Makmur through the Puspaloka program. Does the implementation of this activity have an impact on empowering the community?. The research method used in this study is descriptive qualitative with a purposive informant selection technique. Data were collected through interviews, observation, and documentation, then tested for validity using source and method triangulation. The results show that the Puspaloka Program is a CSR program that is community empowerment. This is evident in its activities, which go beyond providing capital assistance, to also carrying out capacity building and awareness-raising. Rewulu CSR carries out awareness-raising, capacity building, and empowerment activities. This awareness-raising has enabled communities that previously viewed themselves as full of problems to begin to recognize their potential. This awareness-raising is carried out through dialogue, inviting external experts, and practice. After that, capacity building is carried out, including human resource, institutional, and ethos-building. After that, empowerment is carried out by providing assistance facilities. These findings reinforce Wrihatnolo's theory of the role of community empowerment. The researchers measured the impact using a livelihoods outcome approach, and the results showed increased income for both groups and individuals, improved well-being, reduced economic vulnerability, strengthened food security, and more sustainable use of natural resources. Currently, income is largely accumulated at the group level, while its contribution to individual income has not yet reached levels above the regional minimum wage (UMR) and cannot yet be used as a primary source of livelihood for the community.
