"This study aims to analyze the success of the planning and implementation of a\r\nguidance program for children with special needs based on the CIPP (Context, Input,\r\nProcess, Product) evaluative analysis. The research method used was a qualitative\r\ndescriptive approach. The research subjects were program managers, addiction\r\ncounselors, rehabilitation assistants, parents of clients, and the Purbalingga National\r\nNarcotics Agency (BNNK). Data collection was conducted using observation,\r\ninterviews, and documentation. Data validation utilized source triangulation\r\ntechniques. Data analysis used descriptive analysis and CIPP evaluative analysis. The\r\nresults of the descriptive analysis and CIPP evaluative analysis (Context, Input,\r\nProcess, Product) indicate that the success and implementation of guidance for\r\nchildren with special needs (ABK) at the An Nur Foundation have strengths and\r\nweaknesses in each CIPP analysis.\r\nThe context evaluation in this study consisted of the planning and implementation\r\nstages of guidance for children with special needs (ABK) in accordance with\r\nMierrina's theory. The planning and implementation stages implemented by the\r\nfoundation were tailored to the needs of each client and had objectives aligned with\r\ntheir needs. The input evaluation in this study consisted of three forms: the first\r\nregarding human resources; the second regarding the guidance methods used, namely\r\nvisual and discussion methods; and the third regarding the available equipment, which\r\nwas considered inadequate and in need of updating due to the equipment being used\r\nnot only by one client but also by the entire foundation. Process evaluation involved\r\nstandardized and situational setting activities and goal setting, referring to Standard\r\noperating procedures.
