The research method used was a qualitative descriptive approach. The research subjects were program managers, addiction counselors, rehabilitation assistants, parents of clients, and the Purbalingga National Narcotics Agency (BNNK). Data collection was conducted using observation, interviews, and documentation. Data validation utilized source triangulation techniques. Data analysis used descriptive analysis and CIPP evaluative analysis. The results of the descriptive analysis and CIPP evaluative analysis (Context, Input, Process, Product) indicate that the success and implementation of guidance for children with special needs (ABK) at the An Nur Foundation have strengths and weaknesses in each CIPP analysis. The context evaluation in this study consisted of the planning and implementation stages of guidance for children with special needs (ABK) in accordance with Mierrina's theory. The planning and implementation stages implemented by the foundation were tailored to the needs of each client and had objectives aligned with their needs. The input evaluation in this study consisted of three forms: the first regarding human resources; the second regarding the guidance methods used, namely visual and discussion methods; and the third regarding the available equipment, which was considered inadequate and in need of updating due to the equipment being used not only by one client but also by the entire foundation. Process evaluation involved standardized and situational setting activities and goal setting, referring to Standard operating procedures.
