The Islamic financial sector variables include Islamic bank financing and Islamic bank savings, while the macroeconomic variables comprise inflation, income inequality, and industrialization. This study employs a quantitative approach using time series data obtained from the Central Bureau of Statistics (BPS) and the Financial Services Authority (OJK). The analytical method used is the Autoregressive Distributed Lag (ARDL) model to identify both short-run and long-run effects among variables. Prior to model estimation, stationarity tests, cointegration tests, optimal lag selection, and classical assumption tests were conducted to ensure the validity of the model. The results indicate that Islamic bank financing, inflation, and income inequality do not have a significant effect on poverty levels in either the short run or the long run. Islamic bank savings have a positive and significant effect on poverty only in the short run. Industrialization is the only variable that has a negative and significant effect on poverty levels in both the short run and the long run, making it the most effective factor in poverty alleviation in Indonesia.
