        abstract = {The purpose of this study is to determine how interpersonal communication between coaches shapes student character, and the supporting and inhibiting factors in interpersonal communication between coaches in shaping student character at the Obor Klaten Soccer School in 2024/2025. This study used a qualitative descriptive method, which describes the data in its discussion. The data sources were obtained from primary and secondary data. Data analysis techniques used included data reduction, data presentation, conclusion drawing, and data verification. Data validity was checked using source and technique triangulation.}
