Effective, transparent, and accountable fund management is a primary requirement for madrasahs to optimize the use of funds from various sources. This study discusses educational financing management, which includes planning, implementation, and evaluation of financing. This research is motivated by the importance of financing management oriented towards improving the quality of education, especially in private Islamic educational institutions that have funding sources that need to be managed optimally. MI Al-Islamiyah Grojogan was chosen as the research location because this madrasah is able to demonstrate good educational quality through planned and systematic financing management. This study aims to describe how the planning, management, and evaluation of educational financing management and analyze its impact at MI Al-Islamiyah Grojogan Yogyakarta. This study used a qualitative, descriptive approach, located at MI Al-Islamiyah Grojogan Yogyakarta. The subjects were the principal, treasurer, and teachers. Data collection techniques included observation, interviews, and documentation. The data were analyzed using Miles and Huberman's analysis through the stages of data condensation, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. Data validity was verified using source and technique triangulation. The results of this study indicate that financial management at this madrasah has been implemented through systematic and participatory planning, management, and evaluation stages. Planning is carried out by compiling a Madrasah Activity and Budget Plan (RKAM) that prioritizes the madrasah's priority scale. The management/implementation of educational financing utilizes various sources of funding, managed based on the RKAM by applying the principle of accountability in spending. Evaluations and audits are carried out regularly through meetings and accountability reports to ensure accountability, transparency, and effectiveness of fund use. The impact of this financial management is seen in the improvement of student learning outcomes, the availability of more adequate facilities and infrastructure, and the continuity and variety of extracurricular activities that support the development of student character and potential.
