Pondok Pesantren Ora Aji Yogyakarta stands as a representative model of a pesantren that integrates inclusivity through the strengthening of multicultural education and religious moderation within its curriculum. This study aims to analyze the curriculum management practices in the pesantren, examine the implementation of multicultural education in instructional processes and daily habituation, and explain how the integration of both dimensions contributes to reinforcing religious moderation among students. Using a qualitative approach with a case study design, the research captures an in-depth understanding of multicultural-based curriculum management at Pondok Pesantren Ora Aji. Data were collected through in-depth interviews with the pesantren’s leaders, teachers, and administrators; observations of formal and nonformal learning activities; and analysis of curriculum documents and institutional archives. Data analysis employed thematic analysis consisting of coding, theme development, and systematic interpretation of emerging patterns, while data trustworthiness was ensured through source triangulation to maintain consistency and reliability. The findings indicate that curriculum planning is conducted participatorily through deliberation among the kiai, teachers, and administrators, emphasizing the integration of multicultural and moderation values throughout educational activities. Curriculum implementation combines contextual interpretation of classical Islamic texts (kitab kuning), social engagement activities, cross-cultural dialogues, and communal living practices in the dormitory as practical avenues for internalizing moderation values.
